Our silicone foam sponge sealing strips are manufactured from high-quality closed-cell sponge and open-cell silicone foam using a professional extrusion process. These foam sponge silicone strips feature a uniform internal porous structure, an ultra-soft touch, and strong compression resilience, allowing them to fit irregular, large gaps. While ordinary solid sealing strips struggle to fill irregular gaps, silicone foam strips provide a comprehensive, tight seal. They offer excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, and maintain stable softness even after long-term use, making them a versatile and cost-effective sealing material suitable for various equipment.

Silicone foam strips provide excellent dustproofing, waterproofing, windproofing, and sound insulation properties. The soft foam structure effectively cushions vibrations, reducing friction and noise during equipment operation. Even after prolonged compression and repeated opening and closing, they maintain stable elasticity without hardening or deformation. The material is also heat- and cold-resistant; our strips can easily withstand temperatures ranging from -60°C to 200°C, operating stably in both high and low temperature environments.
